Rural Support Survey
Survey of rural and farming communities on their experience and use of the Rural Support service
Rural Support provides a helpline which offers a listening and signposting service for farmers and rural families. Callers to the helpline are of all ages and backgrounds and come from every part of Northern Ireland, facing issues including emotional distress, suicide risk, financial problems, inheritance issues, physical and mental health, farming paperwork and bureaucracy.
People from farming and rural communities were surveyed on their use of the Rural Support helpline, as well as sources of stress and personal wellbeing.
