Individual Giving Survey 2016
The 2016 survey was carried out by Ipsos MORI as part of their Northern Ireland Omnibus Survey.
A random sample of 1,025 adults (16+) from a spread of in Northern Ireland were interviewed between 27 October and 15 November 2016, regarding their donations to charity.
The survey covers a range of questions in relating to charitable giving, including causes, donations, campaigns, and legacy giving (wills).
The results of the survey were weighted according to individual's characteristics (e.g. income level, household size etc).
